Check your sticker on the bottom of the receiver or navigate to: Menu > Information > Model Number . Ensure you see "785 4K" or "XDSR785 UHD".
If your current version is v1.6.xx or v1.5.xx , you must first install the v1.7.0 full version before jumping to v1.7.69.
