Not all dual audio files are created equal. Many have sync issues where the dubbed audio drifts ahead or behind the video. A file that says "WORK" in the title implies:

Variable Frame Rate (VFR) vs. Constant Frame Rate (CFR). Cheap encoders use VFR. Fix: Use MKVToolNix to remux the file. Set the video frame rate to 23.976 fps constant. Or simply use VLC Media Player → Tools → Track Synchronization → Adjust by -0.200 seconds. Not all dual audio files are created equal
