When you first open the updated K-Suite, the software will automatically begin updating the .CRP families
Updating a KTAG clone from version 2.25 to 2.70 (K-Suite) is a common way to expand the protocols and vehicle coverage of your device. While the physical firmware of many clones remains at version 7.020, updating the software allows you to access newer "families" and communication protocols for reading and writing ECUs.
