A girl (Shin Sia) awakens in a high-security secret laboratory and escapes into the outside world. She is rescued by Kyung-hee (Park Eun-bin), who attempts to protect her from criminal gangs. However, as the girl's immense supernatural powers manifest, multiple dangerous organizations—including assassins and survivors from the original program—begin a deadly hunt to capture her.
