Steel armor looks great, but Iron armor is still vanilla. Fix: Another mod is overwriting the replacer. In your mod manager (MO2 or Vortex), drag the patched armor replacer to the bottom of your left pane. Check for loose file conflicts. skyrim special edition vanilla armor replacer patched
