Oppo A9 2020 Firmware

The firmware on the Oppo A9 2020 (model codes: CPH1937, CPH1939, CPH1941) runs as its final official version. Here’s my take after using and flashing different versions over the past year.

Oppo officially stopped at Android 11/ColorOS 11. If you’re expecting newer features like Material You or privacy dashboard improvements, you’re out of luck. Custom ROMs are scarce for this model.

This method wipes all data.

Oppo anti-rollback is on many A9 2020 builds. Check ro.boot.antirollback or try to flash an older OTA – if error says “rollback check failed,” you cannot downgrade without advanced hacking (risk: brick).
