It is important to clarify right off the bat: this is not an official Bandai Namco release. This is a labor of love (and obsession) created by the MUGEN community. It is a fan-made collision of high-definition character imports and a 2D fighting engine that somehow manages to feel like the real deal. But does it capture the lightning in a bottle, or is it just a glitchy mess?
