Munna Bhai MBBS tells the story of a small-time goon named Munnabhai (played by Sanjay Dutt), who wants to get into medical college to please his ailing father. However, he's too old to join a medical college, so he donates his brain to a poor student named Shahbaz (played by Arjun Sarja) who's about to die. After the transplant, Munnabhai starts behaving like a medical student, much to the astonishment of everyone around him. The film follows Munnabhai's hilarious journey as he navigates medical school and falls in love with a beautiful woman named Sonia (played by Gracy Singh).
