A Library Manager bypasses the GUI bottleneck. It edits the relevant plist (on macOS) or Registry Keys (on Windows) directly, telling the system, "This library is now located at Path B instead of Path A ."
Native Instruments created Native Access for licensing, but it is a terrible library manager . It doesn't sort by genre, it doesn't handle non-encoded libraries (the "Add Library" tab is dead), and it has zero preset browsing. klm30doubleykontaktlibrarymanager better
