A: The page size is set to "Letter" or "A4." In Printer Properties > Preferences > Paper/Output , set Paper Size to Roll Paper 80mm x Continuous or 58mm x Continuous .

A: Choose "Generic / Text Only" or "ESC/POS Compatible Printer." Then manually link the V7.11 INF file via "Have Disk."
