While you cannot edit, Autodesk’s official DWG TrueView is free, legal, and can be installed on a USB (though not designed for it). Use it to measure and print DWG files from any PC.

AutoCAD is commercial software developed by Autodesk. A "portable" repack is almost always a cracked/pirated version. Using it for professional work exposes you to legal liability and fines.
